ALC Yacht is not a yacht broker.  We are an A-La-Carte listing service allowing you to select the services you need at fixed fees, saving you thousands over a traditional broker. We list your boat on multiple boat buying sites and identify qualified and serious buyers before introducing them to you for final negotiations. We then provide  you with all the support and documentation you need to sell your vessel, ensuring a timely and efficient transaction.

Most brokers change between 8%-10% to list your Yacht. On a $300,000 yacht, this can cost you up to $30,000. With ALC, we charge you a fixed fee of $5000 to list your yacht. A broker will tell you that they don’t get paid unless it sells. But, hey, the whole point of listing your yacht is to sell it. We are so confident on our methods, that if it doesn’t sell within our contract period, we will refund 1/2 the listing fee or list it again for free*

The one of the biggest advantages to using ALC YACHT over a traditional broker is that ALC has a non-exclusive listing agreement compared to most brokers that require an exclusive agreement. This way if you find someone who wants to buy your vessel, with most brokers you either have to wait until the listing expires or pay the commission anyway. With ALC, you are free to sell your vessel to anyone, anytime with no commissions. An other advantage is that you never have to worry about us trying to up-sell potential buyers to a different vessel in that we pass all qualified buyers to you for direct negotiations giving you the best chance to sell you boat to the buyer.
